1. Introduction

Welcome to Webmachine, an affiliate marketing platform operated by PRPPC OU, a company registered in Estonia (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 105, 11312). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Webmachine platform, including all services, features, and tools provided through our website and dashboard.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Webmachine.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Webmachine website, dashboard, APIs, and all related services.
• "Advertiser" refers to a user who creates campaigns and funds them through the platform.
• "Affiliate" refers to a user who promotes campaigns and earns commissions based on performance.
• "Super Affiliate" refers to an affiliate with team management privileges and multi-tier residual commissions.
• "Admin" refers to Webmachine platform operators responsible for oversight, moderation, and settings management.
• "Campaign" refers to an advertising offer created by an Advertiser with defined payment model (CPC, CPV, or CPA), budget, and targeting parameters.

3. Account Registration

To use Webmachine, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.

• Advertisers are auto-approved upon registration and can immediately begin setting up websites and campaigns.
• Affiliates start in a "pending" status and require admin approval before they can view or join campaigns.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without explicit permission from Webmachine.

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers must ensure that their websites and campaign content comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Campaigns must meet minimum budget requirements ($100 per campaign) and all funds must be deposited into the platform wallet before campaign activation.

4.2 Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must promote campaigns honestly and ethically. Fraudulent activity including but not limited to click fraud, bot traffic, misrepresentation of traffic sources, and cookie stuffing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

• Generating artificial clicks, impressions, or conversions
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate metrics
• Misrepresenting traffic quality or sources
• Attempting to circumvent fraud detection systems
• Violating intellectual property rights of advertisers or third parties
• Using the platform for illegal activities in any jurisdiction

5. Payment Terms

Webmachine operates the following payment structure:

• Platform Fee: 15% of campaign spend (configurable by platform settings).
• Affiliate Commission: 70% base rate for standard affiliates, 80% for Super Affiliates.
• Residual Commissions: Super Affiliates earn 5% from Tier 1 (direct referrals) and 2% from Tier 2 (indirect referrals), paid from the platform fee.
• Settlement Period: T+7 days from earning confirmation.
• Minimum Withdrawal: $50 (PayPal), $100 (Bank Transfer/Crypto).
• Crypto Wallets: New wallet addresses require a 24-hour verification period before withdrawal.

6. Fraud Detection & Enforcement

Webmachine employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor click patterns, conversion rates, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and geographic data. Activities exceeding defined thresholds will trigger alerts and may result in:

• Flagging of tracking events as suspicious
• Temporary hold on affiliate earnings
• Account suspension pending investigation
• Permanent ban and forfeiture of balance for confirmed fraud

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology comprising the Webmachine platform are the property of PRPPC OU or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmachine and PRPPC OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

Webmachine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, any pending earnings may be withheld if fraud or Terms violations are confirmed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email and platform notification of any material changes. Continued use of Webmachine after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
